Mess with the mustard, sometimes using a Dijon mustard will help give you a little kick. Try treating creating new recipes like art, get creative, and taste test a little bit. Instructions:
- Slice Bagels
- Hard-boil the eggs
- Wash and chop chives
- Put everything in a bowl and add mustard and mix
- Toast bagels then serve
