If you can get creative with ways you can eat and also plan out what you want to eat you can find ways to not lose out on your favorite style of meals. You may need to try out some new ingredients like lean ham. We like that or any other meats in bagel sandwiches.

Instructions:

  • Hard boil and peel 2 eggs
  • Mix peeled eggs with mayonnaise to make egg salad, add salt and pepper
  • Toast bagel to desired toasting
  • Add a piece of fat free American cheese and assemble the bagel sandwich!
  • Cut up strawberries and peaches
  • Enjoy!
