Low Carb Smoked Salmon Bagel Sandwich

This Smoked Salmon Bagel Sandwich is the perfect breakfast or brunch option. It’s made with a low-carb bagel, tangy cream cheese, smoked salmon, thinly sliced fresh cucumber, capers, and fresh dill. 

Ingredients

  • Perfect 10+ Western Bagel
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 3 oz smoked salmon
  • 3 thinly sliced cucumber strands
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 tsp fresh dill

Directions

  1. Slice the Bagel in half and then toast to your liking
  2. In the meantime, slice the cucumber with a potato peeler
  3. When the bagel is ready, spread on cream cheese and top with smoked salmon, cucumber, capers, and fresh dill.
  4. Place the top half of the bagel on top, slice into it, and enjoy!
