This Smoked Salmon Bagel Sandwich is the perfect breakfast or brunch option. It’s made with a low-carb bagel, tangy cream cheese, smoked salmon, thinly sliced fresh cucumber, capers, and fresh dill.
Ingredients
- Perfect 10+ Western Bagel
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 3 oz smoked salmon
- 3 thinly sliced cucumber strands
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 tsp fresh dill
Directions
- Slice the Bagel in half and then toast to your liking
- In the meantime, slice the cucumber with a potato peeler
- When the bagel is ready, spread on cream cheese and top with smoked salmon, cucumber, capers, and fresh dill.
- Place the top half of the bagel on top, slice into it, and enjoy!
