Not your average Bagel Breakfast Sandwich

Tired of the same meal or just so used to grabbing something and running off in the morning? Now that many of us are staying home, it’s time to make something a little different. Give yourself something to look forward to! Here is a simple and delicious meal to eat

2 handfuls of Baby spinach
1/2 tbsp Chives
2 oz Mushrooms
6 slices of Red onion
1 Roma tomato
2 Eggs
Condiments

1 tbsp Hot sauce

2 1/2 tbsp Mayonnaise
Baking & Spices
1 pinch of Black pepper, freshly ground
1 pinch of Nutmeg, ground
1 pinch Salt
Oils & Vinegar
1 tsp Olive oil
ANY WESTERN BAGEL 😀
Dairy
1 slice of American cheese
3 tsp Butter
1 oz Mozzarella cheese
