1/2 Avocado

2 handfuls of Baby spinach

1/2 tbsp Chives

2 oz Mushrooms

6 slices of Red onion

1 Roma tomato

2 Eggs

Condiments

1 tbsp Hot sauce

2 1/2 tbsp Mayonnaise

Baking & Spices

1 pinch of Black pepper, freshly ground

1 pinch of Nutmeg, ground

1 pinch Salt

Oils & Vinegar

1 tsp Olive oil

ANY WESTERN BAGEL 😀

Dairy

1 slice of American cheese

3 tsp Butter

1 oz Mozzarella cheese
