What you’ll need:
Your favorite Western Bagel bagels
Tomato sauce
Mozarella cheese
Jalapeños
Start by slicing your bagels and toasting them, if desired. Next, spread tomato sauce all over each half of the bagel. Then cut your mozzarella cheese into strips and drap them over the tomato sauce. You may drap them a bit unevenly to make it look like a mummy wrapped up. Lastly, make some room for two small jalapeños to be placed above to create the appearance of eyes. Be sure to carve out the seeds in the center of the jalapeños. You can put them in the oven to melt the cheese slightly; otherwise, they’re ready to eat and enjoy!
