Instructions:

  • Spread cheese on a bagel, add turkey, spinach, tomato, and Perinaise.
  • Toast bagel to the desired toasting if you please
  • Cut up and apple and top with nut butter.
  • Cut up strawberries and peaches
  • Enjoy!

  • 15g Carmel Apple Bowmar Nutrition Almond Butter
