Jake is from Detroit and is a graphic designer. He also has an Terrier Dachshund mix named Cooper. He’s defiantly a dog Dad. His Weight Watchers journey started back in January of 2019 and he’s been on a roll since. It’s easy to see that he’s had a great amount of success and he’s does a great job of sharing how he does. Jake, has had great success during his Journey.
Not to toot his horn, he’s loss over 50 lbs since he started. The success he’s seen has been from many different things. But, you can tell from his Instagram, he sets up short term goals and is very discipline with himself.
Bagels filled the void
Western Bagel’s Alternatives and Perfect 10 + bagels helped to fill the void he and other Weight Watchers had by not eating bagels or breads. The difference in points from a regular bagel to a Western Bagel is huge. Sometimes a whole 8 points.

At the fraction of the points compared to regular bagels what’s not to love about Western Bagel? There’s so much you can do with them. You can add different nut butters, cream cheeses and other spreads. But, you can also create things like above like a pizza bagel. That’s what Jake really loves about eating bagels.
